Yalumba The Signature Cabernet Sauvignon & Shiraz 3L is a 3 litre bottling of the Barossa blend from a cool, slow season.

Launched in 1962 and dedicated each year to a different individual, The Signature ranks among Australia's most storied red wines. Its blend of Barossa Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz is matured in oak for structure and longevity. The cooler conditions of 2022 gave well-defined aromatics: red and purple berries, red liquorice, blackcurrant and black cherry with cedar, mint and a subtle herbaceous note. Bay leaf and toasted spice run across the palate, which is full-bodied and concentrated, with fine, flowing tannins.

This is a bottle for a big occasion. Serve at around 17 degrees after decanting, alongside roast beef with Yorkshire pudding or a lamb shoulder cooked low and slow. It will develop over many years.
