Description

Yalumba Y Series Riesling is a light, zesty Riesling from South Australia with fresh citrus flavours.

Yalumba's family history reaches back to 1849, and the Hill-Smith family also owns the Eden Valley Riesling specialists Pewsey Vale and Heggies, so the variety has deep roots in the business. The Y Series Riesling is the easy-drinking member of that family, made from South Australian grapes without oak and bottled young to capture its freshness. Expect grapefruit and citrus with crunchy green apple and crisp acidity. It is vegan-friendly and sits at a gentle 11% alcohol.

Pour it well chilled on its own or with fish tacos, pork dumplings, chicken larb or a lemony seafood salad.
