Yangarra Estate Circle Piquepoul 2026

Yangarra Estate Circle Piquepoul is a crisp dry white from the Languedoc variety, grown on biodynamic sand.

Piquepoul, better known from Picpoul de Pinet on the French Mediterranean coast, keeps high natural acidity in heat, which is why Yangarra planted it at Blewitt Springs where summers are hot and the soils are deep sand. The estate is certified biodynamic and works its own compost. The wine is fermented cool with native yeast and bottled early with no oak.

Serve cold at 9 degrees with oysters, whitebait or a sharp goat's cheese. Drink within three years.
