Yangarra Estate Circle Rosé 2025

Yangarra Estate Circle Rosé is a dry Grenache rosé from the estate's biodynamic McLaren Vale vineyards.

Grenache is the natural rosé grape of the southern Rhône and Provence, and Yangarra's bush vines on Blewitt Springs sand give it the pale colour and savoury finish the style wants. The fruit is picked specifically for rosé rather than bled off a red ferment, then pressed straight away and fermented cool with native yeast.

Serve at 9 degrees with seafood, salads or a summer lunch. Drink within two years of the vintage.
