Yangarra Estate Circle Shiraz 2024

Yangarra Estate Circle Shiraz comes from the biodynamic estate vineyards at Blewitt Springs in McLaren Vale.

McLaren Vale's sea breezes moderate an otherwise warm climate, and the deep sands of Blewitt Springs give Shiraz a lighter frame and more perfume than the heavier clay sites nearer the coast. Yangarra farms without synthetic inputs and uses native yeast throughout. This wine is fermented in open vessels and matured largely in older oak and ceramic, keeping the fruit clear.

Serve at 16 degrees with barbecued meats, lamb or a spiced vegetable dish. Drink over the next eight years.
