Yangarra Shiraz 1.5L MAGNUM 2022

Yangarra Shiraz is the estate's straight varietal red from its biodynamic vineyards in McLaren Vale.

Shiraz at Blewitt Springs, on deep sand at the higher end of the region, comes out medium-bodied and peppery rather than heavy, a long way from the McLaren Vale style of twenty years ago. The estate has been certified biodynamic since 2013 and uses only native yeast. Fermentation is in open vessels, with maturation in older oak.

Serve at 16 degrees with grilled meats, lamb or a lentil dish. Drink over the next ten years.
