Crémant d'Alsace is the largest of France's Crémants and one of the best-value sparkling wines in the country. Made in Alsace by the traditional method, the same process used in Champagne, mostly from Pinot Blanc, Auxerrois and Pinot Gris. Dry, fine and seriously good with food.
